Cancel/Refund/Return Information:

Cancelations must be done over the phone and not by email. All returns must have products sealed in their packaging.  30% restocking fee will be incurred for canceled orders.

Magazine Capacity/Firearms Restrictions:

We cannot ship Magazines/Firearms over 10 Rounds to: CA, CT, DC, HI, MA, MD, NJ, NY, VT (VT Rifles/Magazines)
We cannot ship Magazines/Firearms over 15 Rounds to: CO, VT (VT Handguns/Magazines)

Firearms will only be shipped to an authorized FFL Dealer. Gun purchasers and owners are responsible for compliance with all Federal, State and local laws governing the purchase, ownership, possession and use of firearms. Firearms returned to us for compliance issues will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

FAQS

Has my order shipped yet?

We update the gunbroker status as soon as the product leaves the building. We ship 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment and FFL. If it hasn’t been 5 business days since payment and FFL receipt, please DO NOT contact us for status. We maintain the status of Gun Broker in real-time so the latest information is posted on the page.

Can I change my FFL dealer?

If your package has not been shipped all we need is a photocopy of the new FFL, with your name and order number. Once an item is shipped, there’s nothing we can do.

Is this gun new?

If it is listed as factory new, then it is brand new straight from the manufacturer.

Can you swap magazines?

No. We will pull them out of the package but will not swap them.

Is this California (or any other restricted state) legal?

It is the customer's responsibility to follow the law of the state that they reside in. We will send the firearms as they are from the manufacturer. If the receiving FFL will not release it, the customer will need to arrange a return shipment at the customer's expense and will incur the 30% restocking fee.

What does my gun come with?

Please refer to the UPC posted. The UPC will lead you to exactly what it comes with from the manufacturer.

Can you send me another picture of the gun?

If the gun is NIB then we will not. We have not opened the box, and prefer not to do so in order to avoid any kind of alterations to the item. Pictures of new items are generally stock pictures and not necessarily the exact firearm you will receive.  However, if the firearm is used feel free to send an email with your request. Note that we are dealing with a very high volume and a response may be delayed.
